Frequently Asked Questions
What is the XRP Gas Claim Tool?
The XRP Gas Claim Tool scans your entire XRPL wallet transaction history and identifies any gas fees where you may be entitled to a refund or savings. Connect your wallet, sign a single authorisation transaction, and your eligible XRP is returned directly to you.
How do I access the Reward Center?
To access the Reward Center, you must hold any XPM Avatar NFT in your wallet. This NFT grants you full access to claim rewards. Without an avatar, you can preview the page but won't be able to claim any rewards.
What are the different reward types?
There are four reward types: Bonus (purple - XPM token rewards from daily activities), NFT (green - collectible NFTs with attributes like tier and damage), Airdrop (blue - token distributions from new projects), and Season (orange - special seasonal event rewards). Each type is color-coded for easy identification.
What's the difference between Ready and Upcoming rewards?
Ready rewards are available to claim immediately and show an 'Expires in' timer. Upcoming rewards show what's coming next with a 'Claim in' countdown - they become claimable once their scheduled time arrives. Upcoming rewards appear faded to indicate they're not yet available.
Why do some rewards require a trustline?
Token-based rewards (Bonus, Airdrop, Season) require a trustline before you can receive them. A trustline is an XRP Ledger feature that authorizes your wallet to hold a specific token. If you don't have the required trustline, click 'Set Trustline' before claiming.
What happens if I don't claim my rewards in time?
Each reward has an expiration timer. If you don't claim a reward before it expires, it gets burned and is permanently lost. The 'Burned rewards' card shows the total XPM tokens you've missed. These tokens are removed from circulation forever and cannot be recovered.
Can I skip a reward I don't want?
Yes, for NFT, Airdrop, and Season rewards, you can click the skip button to remove them from your queue. This is irreversible - skipped rewards cannot be claimed later. Bonus rewards cannot be skipped as they're automatically distributed.
Where do my rewards come from?
Rewards come from various XPMarket activities: XPM Farming distributes daily rewards to liquidity providers, Seasons award prizes for completing tasks, Meme Airdrops share new tokens with XPM holders, and special events offer exclusive NFTs and bonuses.
How do NFT rewards work?
NFT rewards display the collectible image and attributes like tier, variant, damage, and decoration. When you claim an NFT reward, it's sent directly to your XRPL wallet. No trustline is required for NFTs - they use the XRP Ledger's native NFT standard.
How can I view my reward history?
Click 'View log' in the Burned rewards card to access your complete Reward Center Log. This shows all past rewards including claimed, burned, and skipped items with timestamps and values, helping you track your reward activity over time.
